Welcome to Art of Wellness Counseling with Lindsey Warner, LCSW
Does it feel like stress and anxiety are taking over your life?
While you're excelling at work or school, underneath, you might feel like a bundle of nerves, a failure, or a disappointment to others. Maybe you've noticed you are more in your head recently, withdrawing from conversation, or feeling like socializing has become exhausting (or perhaps that it has been for some time). But, everything is "fine," and no one would ever guess how difficult it's become to quiet your mind and find relaxation.
What if you were able to understand what you were experiencing and take back your peace of mind?
How about feeling empowered and reconnected with yourself and your strengths?
Can you even imagine saying “no” and it being ok?
I understand the unique struggles children and young adults face, and my therapy sessions are tailored to provide them with the tools and guidance they need to recognize their inner potential.
Your story matters to me, and I am committed to helping you and your loved ones write a new chapter filled with hope, resilience, and empowerment.

Meet Lindsey, your therapist
I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Lindsey, and I’m someone who values my family, friends, connecting with new people, and spending quality time with my puppy, Moose! I’m a lover of the outdoors, traveling, eating great food, and reading.
I will take a person-centered approach to our work together, which means I believe that you are the expert on you. You are not someone who needs to be fixed, but rather someone who deserves to be understood. Your story is valuable and worthy of being heard.
My role as your therapist is to invite your curiosity of self-exploration and create a safe environment for you to freely explore and express yourself, helping you build skills to navigate the inevitable changes and hardships in life. I believe in the power of relationships and supporting a space in which your values, needs, and emotions are met in a way that is purposeful and effective.
I will work with you to help you respond versus react, identify stuck points, and explore both behavioral and thought patterns that no longer serve to help you grow. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a renewed sense of self - to work with your emotions, identify and advocate for your needs, and develop healthier ways of moving through the world.
Self-exploration is the path to self-discovery and I would be honored to support you through your journey of healing!
Get in touch and let’s connect!
